Working with one of the top financial clients this role calls for a Third Party Risk Manager who will manage a team responsible for the development of standards and requirements supporting the ongoing monitoring processes/standards of third parties. This candidate will support compliance with third-party regulation within the geographies the client operates.

Responsibilities:

Drive continuous improvement as a change agent, engaging stakeholders to identify business problems and create scalable solutions that adapt the Agile process and drive productivity throughout the project lifecycle.
Ability to lead, plan, execute and evaluate project activities to ensure completion of initiatives, contributing to the team’s direction and function, providing advice to the team and delivering leadership.
Supports an environment where the team freely escalates challenges; facilitates change through positive reinforcement of successes.
Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships across teams and functions.
Demonstrates adaptability, flexibility, and creativity in their approach to stakeholder engagement and work to support the Agile transformation agenda.
Desired Skill Set:

8 years of experience in 3rd Party Risk Management
8 years of experience coaching and supporting teams
8 years of experience dealing with escalation
8 years of proven experience in Third-party management life cycle
8 years of experience in writing policies and procedures
Nice To Have:

Experience with Coupa
Operational risk management experience
Exposure to Regulatory
Experience in Sourcing & vendor management
