Job Title: Intermediate Manual Tester
Location: Toronto – 2 days a week in office – Toronto, ON M3N 1W7
Employment Type: contract 12 months
Working Structure: 9-5 EST (40 hours per week)

We’re looking for a Manual Software Tester to join our team and take ownership of testing across our complex, data-rich ERP application, TRAX. As a key member of our QA team, you’ll execute and refine testing processes, ensuring our software meets the highest standards.

What You’ll Do:
Lead manual testing efforts for a variety of applications, including system, regression, load, and acceptance testing
Work independently to create test cases, scripts, and procedures, driving testing activities to ensure flawless system performance
Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and other teams to identify and resolve defects, ensuring applications meet business requirements
Leverage Microsoft Graph API Testing and TestRail (or similar tools) for tracking and reporting test results
Act as a key player in refining and implementing testing processes and methodologies

What We’re Looking For:
3+ years of hands-on experience in software testing, including manual testing and familiarity with TestRail or similar test management tools
Microsoft Graph API testing experience is a MUST
A self-starter who thrives in a process-oriented environment and can manage multiple tasks independently
Knowledge of Agile methodologies and familiarity with tools like Jira; Scrum/Agile certification is a plus
A strong communicator who’s highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable
