Job Title: Bilingual Collections Specialist
Salary: $50,000 – $65,000 per year (based on experience)

2 In-Office Positions: GTA (Greater Toronto Area)
4 Remote Positions: Available Canada-wide
Job Type: Full-Time (On-site or Remote depending on location)
Job Description:
We are hiring experienced Bilingual Collections Specialists to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidates will have a minimum of 3 years of collections experience and a strong ability to manage and resolve outstanding accounts while maintaining positive relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Contact clients to collect overdue payments in a professional and effective manner.
Negotiate payment arrangements while adhering to company policies and regulatory guidelines.
Maintain accurate records of client communications and payment plans.
Provide exceptional customer service while resolving disputes and queries.
Collaborate with internal teams to support the collections process.
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of collections experience is mandatory.
Bilingual in English and French.
Strong negotiation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
Ability to manage time effectively and work in a target-driven environment.
Proficiency in relevant software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, CRM systems).
Work Environment:
In-Office: 2 positions available in the GTA.
Remote: 4 positions open for candidates across Canada.
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary: $50,000 – $65,000 per year, based on experience.
