About the Project

Role Overview
As a Scrum Master, you will be at the heart of the agile process, removing roadblocks, guiding teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of digital solutions. You will manage the agile sprint process for cross-functional teams, promote agile principles, and create an environment where teams can thrive. By fostering a collaborative, transparent, and results-oriented environment, you will empower the team to consistently meet sprint deliverables.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and facilitate agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives).
Mentor teams on agile principles, practices, and processes to foster self-organization and high performance.
Work closely with product owners to ensure work aligns with priorities and customer needs.
Identify and remove any obstacles or distractions that impede the team’s progress.
Maximize transparency and communication, ensuring stakeholders are informed and engaged.
Resolve conflicts and ensure smooth collaboration within teams and with external stakeholders.
Required Skills & Experience:
Active Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification.
2+ years of experience in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and leading agile ceremonies.
Proven track record of mentoring teams in agile principles and practices.
Strong communication and leadership skills, especially in remote and hybrid settings.
Experience planning work that aligns with product owner priorities.
Experience with software development processes and best practices (5+ years).
2+ years of experience working on agile software development in service design or modern practices.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
5+ years in web services or development.
Experience working in the public sector.
Familiarity with UX design, service design, and design thinking principles.
Proven ability to build and maintain positive stakeholder relationships.
