Systems Testing/QA Specialist – Automation

What You’ll Do:
As a Systems Testing/QA Specialist, you’ll design, develop, and execute automated test scripts to ensure the highest quality of web, mobile, and API applications. You’ll be responsible for implementing automation solutions, testing for AODA and WCAG 2.1 compliance, and working alongside a team of talented professionals to elevate our software’s efficiency, reliability, and scalability. Your expertise will directly impact the quality and usability of our products.

Required Skills and Experience (A Must):
Automation Expertise: 5+ years of experience in test automation, with proficiency in Selenium, Cypress, Appium, or similar frameworks.
Programming Knowledge: Strong proficiency in languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
CI/CD Integration: Hands-on experience integrating automated tests with tools like Jenkins or Azure DevOps.
Accessibility Testing: Practical experience testing for AODA and WCAG 2.1 compliance using automation tools.
Testing Methodologies: A solid understanding of functional, regression, and performance testing techniques.
API Testing: Familiarity with tools such as Postman, REST Assured, or SoapUI.
Agile/Scrum: Proficient in Agile methodologies and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Microsoft Teams).

Nice-to-Have Skills:
Knowledge of load/performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner).
Familiarity with Docker for test environments.
Experience with cross-browser and cross-device testing strategies.
