We are looking for a Test Lead to join our team for a 2-year contract based in Regina, SK (Onsite). If you have the following skills and experience, we would love to hear from you:

🔹 Key Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in Salesforce and IFS software testing/implementations
5+ years in Software Testing and leading teams of 5 or more members
Expertise in SIT, Functional Testing, Regression, Provisioning, and End-to-End Testing
Proficient with OpenText ALM Quality Center, automated test script creation, and execution
Experience in Telco business functions and Telecommunications/ICT

🔹 Soft Skills:
Excellent communication skills (both verbal & written)
Strong team leadership and management abilities
Ability to handle multiple assignments and meet deadlines
In-depth knowledge of SDLC and QA methodologies

🔹 Domain Knowledge Requirements:
CRM, eCommerce platforms, Mobile Workforce Management, and Assurance

🔹 Software Knowledge Requirements:
Salesforce, IFS, OpenText ALM Quality Center, SQL, SharePoint, and more
