Requirements:
·        Strong experience of working on Public Safety Radio/telecom domain.
·        Experience of large and complex projects with over $500 Million budget.
·        5+ years experience with ITSM
·        ITIL version 3 or higher Certification
·        5+ years experience as a Business Analyst
·        5+ year’s experience with development of IT Service Management process.
