Help Desk Analyst

Are you fluent in English and French? We are currently looking for a Help Desk Analyst in Scarborough for a hybrid position at $30/hr.

Candidate Requirements:
– Fluent in English and French (bilingual fluency required)
– 2+ years of Customer Service Experience
– 1-3 years of browser troubleshooting practices
– Knowledge of computer software, including configuration management software and operating systems

Nice to Have:
– Previous Help Desk or Contact Center experience
– Technical Help Desk Experience
