Key Role Details:
📍 Location: On-site in Winnipeg, Manitoba
🗓️ Duration: February 24, 2025 – July 28, 2025
🕐 Schedule: Full-time, on-site support for critical infrastructure

Responsibilities:
✨ Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize infrastructure hardware/software
✨ Maintain and upgrade operating systems, middleware, and software
✨ Respond to incidents, administer patches, and perform backups/recovery
✨ Conduct capacity planning and hardware maintenance
✨ Design and document middleware and infrastructure solutions
✨ Ensure consistent application of integration and middleware components
✨ Use process improvement methods to streamline workflows

Mandatory Qualifications:
🌟 5+ years of experience in corporate data center infrastructure support
🌟 3+ years of Windows Server support
🌟 Adaptability to dynamically evolving situations
🌟 Strong teamwork skills
🌟 Excellent customer service abilities
🌟 Analytical and problem-solving expertise
