Our multinational retail company is looking for a Pricing Administrator.

The Administrator, Price Execution is responsible for accurate creation and maintenance of promotions, maintenance of corporate retail and cost, creation of price overrides, managing pricing of major events, as well as supporting the merchandising group with price-related reporting and statistics.

Responsibilities:

Run pricing compliance on rollbacks and Save Now promotions to meet Canadian legal requirements and provide understandable explanations for failures to the merchant teams, suggest actions that can be taken to allow items to meet requirements.Execute promotions and retail/cost changes, check that all required linked items are included and all required fields on the template are completed.Support the process of creating and auditing deal funding to support promotional offersAnalyze all incoming pricing requests to ensure all price changes meet business and legal requirements.Pull weekly flyer data from marketing applications, consolidate and create event downloads to serve as backups for flyer pricing for each province.Manage major pricing events such as Black Friday and Boxing Week, running the appropriate compliance tests and creating event downloads to drive retail changes to stores.Analyze and approve multi-save promotions, ensuring customers receive meaningful discounts and that all business requirements are met. Assist in researching multi-save-related store issues with the merchant team.Research pricing-related store complaints, provide clear explanations to merchants, and make suggestions on how to resolve them as efficiently as possible.

1-2 years of experience in a similar roleExcellent communication skillsExcellent organization, Excel, and data entry/data management skillsSelf-starter and coordination skills
