Corporate Purchasing is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Records Management Clerk to support our client’s Procurement Services unit. This is an exciting opportunity to apply your expertise in records management while contributing to a well-organized and efficient team.

Key Responsibilities:
Organize and Maintain Records: Oversee the proper categorization, naming, and assignment of metadata to official records within the Corporate Purchasing SharePoint repository.
Ensure Accessibility and Compliance: Ensure all records are easily accessible according to established records management guidelines, maintaining consistency and compliance with organizational policies.
Migration of Records: Lead and manage the smooth migration of records to the SharePoint repository.
Documentation Development: Create and implement clear, comprehensive process documentation to streamline access to department records.
Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to ensure records are managed according to Branch goals and objectives.

Must-Have Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in an Information Management environment, specifically working with records and documents.
Records Management Expertise: At least 2 years of hands-on experience in records management.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft SharePoint, with at least 2 years of experience working in this platform.

Central Administration: Experience using Central Administration in a SharePoint environment is essential.
Education: Relevant Records and Archive Management education is required.
