Junior Project Manager

Position Details:
💼 Role: Junior Project Manager or Senior Project Coordinator
💰 Salary: $75,000 – $90,000 (depending on experience)
📍 Location: Coquitlam, BC (Hybrid, occasional site visits)
🕒 Schedule: Monday to Friday, flexible hours
🌟 Type: Permanent, full-time

Must-Have Qualifications:
✅ 2-3+ years of experience as a Project Manager OR 4-5+ years as a Project Coordinator in construction (mechanical background is a huge plus!)
✅ Commercial and industrial project experience preferred
✅ Eager to grow, learn new processes, and bring a go-getter attitude to the team!

What You’ll Do:
Develop and manage project budgets and schedules
Supervise project documentation and ensure smooth processing of submittals
Handle change orders, cost control, and financial forecasting for assigned projects
Support small-to-medium projects and contribute to large-scale initiatives like a $50M care facility
