Desktop Specialist

looking for a Desktop Specialist with experience in technical support for a Windows 11 laptop and iPhone migration.

Contract: 9 weeks (Short term)
Location: Onsite Ottawa

Requirements:
·        Associate degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
·        Minimum 2 years of experience in desktop support or a similar role
·        Experience in Microsoft Windows 11, Office 365, and Active Directory
·        Working knowledge of laptop and desktop hardware, software, and peripherals
·        Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a fast-paced environment
·        Must be able to work on-site and travel to different locations as needed.
