Key Requirements
✔️ Experience & Expertise: 5+ years of hands-on Scrum experience or equivalent education and professional background.
✔️ Certifications: Relevant credentials (Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or similar).
✔️ Agile Advocate: Comprehensive understanding of Agile principles and Scrum frameworks.
✔️ Problem-Solving Pro: Adept at tackling strategic, organizational, or technical challenges.
✔️ Project Management: Solid foundation in leading and managing projects.
