Role Overview
As a Scrum Master, you will:
✅ Lead and mentor cross-functional teams in agile principles, policies, and procedures.
✅ Facilitate key agile ceremonies such as planning sessions, stand-ups, sprint reviews, product demos, retrospectives, and refinements.
✅ Collaborate on digital service delivery activities like user research and usability testing.
✅ Drive alignment between product owner priorities and team deliverables.
Qualifications
📜 Professional Licenses/Certification
Active Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification (please attach).
💡 Technical Skills
Deep understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.).
Familiarity with software development methodologies like Agile and Waterfall.
💼 Work Experience
Proven experience in leading and facilitating agile ceremonies.
Experience mentoring teams in agile principles and practices.
Experience using web-based interactive technologies like MS Teams for training sessions.
Knowledge of software development processes and best practices.
Background in modern service design-based software development.
✨ Nice to Have
Experience in web service or development projects.
Familiarity with the public sector and government operations.
Experience with UX and service design integration in agile teams.
Strong stakeholder relationship management skills.
