Pay Rate:
IC: $37.11/hr
T4: $32.58/hr

A Top Bank is looking for a Risk Analyst I to join their Financial Risk Management team. If you’re ready to work in a fast-paced environment and help manage market risk for the bank, this is the opportunity for you!

🌟 Key Responsibilities:
Analyze risk management issues, focusing on policies and reporting.
Monitor and report on risk, including stress tests and various risk policies.
Collaborate with tax support, traders, and the production team to manage risk.
Provide recommendations for reducing losses and improving risk management programs.
Produce detailed reports and presentations outlining findings and risk positions.

🔑 Must-Have Skills:
✔ 2 years of Risk Management experience
✔ Strong knowledge of Canadian Personal Banking Products
✔ Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)
✔ Strong communication skills
✔ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
✔ Fast learner, tech-savvy, with the ability to learn new systems quickly

💡 Nice-to-Have Skills:
✔ Experience with Python
