Training Lead

Location: hashtag#Onsite at 215 Garry Street, Winnipeg OR hashtag#Remote
Contract Term: 24 months (with an initial 6-month period + 18-month extensions)
Rate :: $33 Max
Role Overview:
Are you a seasoned Training Lead with a passion for designing and delivering impactful training programs? We’re looking for a dynamic individual with at least 3 years of experience in a training leadership or management role to join our team. You will play a critical role in planning, executing, and supporting the End User Training Program for an exciting project!
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the Application Retrofit Lead to ensure training strategies align with project needs.
Develop training curriculum, schedules, and logistical requirements.
Provide quality assurance on training materials and processes.
Lead the Train-the-Trainer program and post-go-live training support.
Manage training delivery feedback loops and continuous improvement efforts.
hashtag#Skills&Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Training, Instructional Design, or related field.
Minimum of hashtag#3years’ experience in training leadership or management.
Proven expertise in designing and delivering training programs.
Strong knowledge of training methodologies, tools, and technologies.
Experience in public sector training and facilitating both in-person & virtual sessions.
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with hashtag#LearningManagementSystems (LMS).
Experience with blended learning approaches and technology integration.
Relevant certifications in hashtag#training, hashtag#instructionaldesign, or education.
A clean criminal record check will be required.
