Location: Toronto, Ontario, Canada| Work Model: onsite only
Contract: 432 Days | Start: Subject to security clearance
Deadline: Jan 7, 2026 – 11:00 a.m.
Salary range: $45.00 to $65.00 per hour

We are seeking a Senior Test Led to lead QA strategy and automation for a large-scale public sector CDT solution, supporting both project delivery and production operations.

Responsibilities
Design and execute a multi-year test strategy
Build and maintain an automated regression test suite (DevOps/Selenium)
Lead functional, non-functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing
Own defect lifecycle management, traceability, and QA metrics
Collaborate with developers, vendors, PMs, and business teams
Mentor QA resources and continuously improve testing practices
Required Experience
8+ years QA experience, including QA team leadership
Strong knowledge of SDLC and enterprise systems
Hands-on experience with test automation & version control
Experience in public sector or regulated environments preferred
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
