Technical Analyst (Microsoft 365) – Remote (Canada)

We’re looking for an experienced Technical Analyst to support and enhance Microsoft 365–based repositories focused on disaster recovery and IT data management.

What you’ll do:
Build and maintain SharePoint repositories
Automate workflows using Power Automate
Translate business needs into technical documentation
Conduct audits, testing, and data validation
Support and train users on M365 tools

What you bring:
5+ years’ experience as a Technical Analyst
Strong hands-on experience with SharePoint, Power Automate & Teams
Excellent documentation and problem-solving skills
Canada-based (remote with occasional travel)
