Top Skills & Experience We’re Looking For:
– 8+ years in professional software development, including 3+ years leading engineering teams
– Deep expertise in Microsoft .NET (C#, ASP.NET, MVC, Web API) and modern dev tools (Visual Studio, GitHub)
– Hands-on CI/CD and a strong passion for automation
– Cloud experience (ideally AWS)
– Fintech background (lender or agency side), with a solid understanding of compliance, regulatory, and security requirements
– Strong Agile mindset and delivery experience
– Bonus: Experience adopting AI within development environments to drive smarter, automated workflows
