Senior Functional Analyst

🚨 Contract Opportunity – SAP SuccessFactors Expert 🚨
I’m hiring for a Senior Functional Analyst | HR for a contract mandate with a major institution in Montreal (hybrid model).

We’re looking for a consultant with deep expertise in the following SAP SuccessFactors modules:

✔️ Onboarding / Offboarding
✔️ Recruiting & RMK
✔️ Compensation
✔️ Employee Central / Platform
✔️ Learning Management Solution (LMS)

You’ll play a key role in supporting the organization’s HR transformation efforts , analyzing needs, configuring modules, testing solutions, and ensuring smooth delivery across the entire SuccessFactors suite.

📍 Montreal – Hybrid (2-3 days/week onsite)
📅 Start date: ASAP | Renewable contract
