Hiring: Senior Business Analyst – Oracle Cloud ERP
Remote (Canada) (Occasional site visit)
Long-term contract (Nov 2025 – Nov 2029)
🌐 Mode: Remote with 1–2 annual site visits

My client is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to lead requirements, design, and solution documentation for a large-scale Oracle Cloud ERP implementation. You’ll collaborate across business and technical teams to define integration, data migration, and reporting strategies that align with enterprise transformation goals.

Must-Have Skills
✔ 7+ years in business analysis for IT/ERP transformation projects
✔ Strong experience with Oracle Cloud ERP or other SaaS ERP solutions
✔ Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
✔ Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, IT, or related field

Nice-to-Have
🔹 Oracle ERP Cloud (Financials, HCM, Procurement)
🔹 IIBA-CBAP or PMI-PBA certification
