Description of Service
The role will oversee various initiatives conducted by internal teams and external vendors. This role requires excellent people and communication skills, being able to work with technical people and senior executives with equal proficiency. Also necessary is a strong understanding of cybersecurity and business continuity management principles and practices.
Primary Responsibilities
•             Develop and implement a Cyber Resiliency/Business Continuity Management implementation program charter, including program governance
•             Work closely with various stakeholders and external partners to ensure alignment and integration of cyber resiliency and BCM efforts
•             Align and oversee project and project managers to ensure cohesive and coordinated project execution
•             Track and record RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies) to ensure proactive management and resolution
•             Work within the client’s program structure, including all planning exercises
•             Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on program progress and outcomes using MS Office products
•             Work with internal teams to manage program budget and resources effectively
Specific Project Requirements

Skills
Top Skills Required:
•             Prior project experience in planning, orchestrating, and delivering in the Cyber Resiliency/Business Continuity Management area
•             Demonstrated understanding of project management principles and practices, including creating and monitoring schedules, budgets, meeting agendas, status reporting, and risk/issue management
•             Understanding of the Agile Framework
Other Skills Required:
• Completed an Undergraduate Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to work for multiple stakeholders
• Minimum 8 years of experience coordinating projects in a project management office or related project/program environment with competing priorities and diverse deliverables
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills and experience communicating and consulting with project executives, sponsors, and stakeholders – excellent PowerPoint skills are required
• Proficient in: Azure Boards, Plan View AgilePlace, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, MS Teams, and other related applications
Assets:
•             Bilingual in both official languages (French and English)
•             Experience using Planview, Lean Kit, or related project scheduling tools
