1. Pega Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA) – mandatory.

2. 8+ years of hands-on experience in Pega application development.

3. Strong understanding of Pega PRPC, BPM, and CRM processes.

4. Experience with Pega Decisioning tools (CDH, NBA Designer).

5. Proficiency in integrating Pega with external systems and databases.

6. Solid grasp of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

7. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

Preferred Skills:

10. Additional Pega certifications (CSSA, Decisioning Architect).

11. Experience with Java, SQL, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS).

12. Familiarity with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.

13. Knowledge of MuleSoft, React, Cosmos DB, or other modern tech stacks.

 

Pega Lead System Architect (LSA)

The Pega Lead System Architect is responsible for leading the design, architecture, and implementation of enterprise-grade Pega applications. This role involves working closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to deliver scalable, high-performance solutions using Pega PRPC and related frameworks.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end architecture and delivery of Pega-based BPM/CRM solutions.

Design enterprise class structures, application frameworks, and data models.

Provide technical leadership and mentorship to developers and junior architects.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Ensure adherence to Pega best practices, guardrails, and coding standards.

Conduct design and code reviews to ensure quality and compliance.

Integrate Pega applications with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.

Architect and implement decisioning strategies using Pega CDH, NBA, and predictive analytics.

Maintain technical documentation including architecture diagrams and data flows.

Stay updated with the latest Pega platform features and recommend improvements.
