Title: Lead Digital Product Owner / Manager – Online Experience

Location: 6880 Financial Drive, Mississauga, ON (Hybrid – 4 days onsite, 1 day remote)

Duration: 12 months (extension or conversion possible)

 

Overview

We are seeking a Lead Digital Product Owner / Product Manager to drive the development and optimization of online user experiences within a leading Canadian financial institution’s Insurance Digital & Data division. The successful candidate will lead an Agile cross-functional squad, shaping the product roadmap, defining measurable outcomes (OKRs/KPIs), and managing the full product lifecycle from discovery to release.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate on technical and strategic roadmaps to implement new online capabilities and digital experiences.
Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from conception through release and continuous improvement.
Translate product strategy into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritized backlogs.
Work in an Agile environment, aligning cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact outcomes.
Define, monitor, and refine KPIs and OKRs to track success and inform data-driven decisions.
Conduct competitive research and gather industry insights to inform product direction.
Partner closely with development, UX, and business teams to ensure the right balance of innovation and execution.
Must-Have Skills

5+ years of experience in Product Management or Digital Product Ownership.
Hands-on experience with authentication technologies (e.g., Okta, Auth0, PingFederate).
Proven success leading Agile teams and managing digital product delivery.
Strong collaboration skills with technical and business stakeholders.
Experience establishing and tracking KPIs and OKRs.
Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to make informed, strategic decisions.
