We are looking for a dynamic, self-starting Business Process Analyst who is eager to drive change and manage multiple project streams while engaging with stakeholders effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
Led and supported the implementation of category management across multiple procurement categories, including IT services.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze, enhance, and streamline business processes and tools.
Translate complex technical information into easily understandable terms for non-technical stakeholders.
Analyze data, create reports, and develop dashboards to present key insights and recommendations.
Engage and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to ensure alignment and achieve project goals.
Champion process improvements and identify opportunities for operational efficiencies.
Required Skills & Experience:
Experience in articulating and translating technical language for non-technical customers (3+ years).
Experience presenting data through queries, dashboards, and reports in a simple, user-friendly format (3+ years).
Proficiency in PowerBI, PowerView, Microsoft SQL Reporting, and Analytical Services (5+ years).
Certification in PMI Project Management Professional (PMP).
Experience with data concepts like Extract, Transform, Load (ETL), and operational data analysis (2+ years).
Hands-on experience in performing business requirement analysis, solution design, and documentation (2+ years).
