We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Health Care Specialized IT Consultant to join our team in Toronto, Ontario. The ideal candidate will have expertise in healthcare IT systems and a solid background in supporting remote clients. You will manage service requests, incidents, and problem tickets while ensuring compliance with health information protection regulations.

OTR (Order-to-Receipt) Systems

Key Responsibilities:
Experience triaging tickets, prioritizing, categorizing, and handling service requests, incidents, and problem tickets.
Collaborating with clients to ensure excellent customer service, offering tactful and diplomatic solutions.
Applying knowledge of personal health information protection legislative requirements in developing and maintaining healthcare systems.
Providing exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making support to meet client needs.
Supporting remote clients and applying Service Management processes to ensure effective issue resolution.
Utilizing Footprints Ticketing Application for incident management and service requests.
Knowledge & Skills:
2+ years of experience working in the healthcare industry.
Deep understanding of legislative requirements for personal health information protection.
Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and interpersonal abilities to build strong working relationships.
A proactive team player with excellent multitasking abilities and experience managing strict deadlines.
