Financial Operations Specialist (AR Focus)

We are actively recruiting for an experienced Financial Operations Specialist for a 1-year contract opportunity with our client, a leading organization in the insurance sector.

This role is essential for maintaining financial integrity by overseeing the full cycle of Accounts Receivable (AR) operations 📈. You will be responsible for daily tracking, month-end GL bookings, complex reconciliations, and driving process improvements.

✅ Must-Have Qualifications
We are seeking a candidate with the following hands-on experience:
Proven experience with accounting operations and reconciliations, particularly within a large data environment.
Direct experience working with AR subledger systems.
Direct experience with the Oracle Fusion financial platform.
Exceptional attention to detail 🔍 and the ability to efficiently work with large data sets.
Strong problem-solving skills, specifically the ability to investigate and resolve complex financial variances.
⭐ Highly-Preferred Qualifications
A recognized Accounting designation (CGA, CMA, or CPA).
