What We’re Looking For:
🎓 Education & Experience:
✔ A degree in computer science, software engineering, or math/stats, with 8+ years of technical experience (or equivalent).
✔ A financial background is a bonus!
✔ A proven development background with a knack for delivering transformational analytics products.

Core Skills:
🤖 Expertise in machine learning, AI, and predictive modeling techniques.
🐍 Advanced skills in Python and SQL.
💻 Proficiency with tools like Git, Jenkins, Docker/Kubernetes, Angular, and AWS.
🧠 Strong critical thinking, intellectual curiosity, and analytical skills.
🗣 Excellent communicator, adept at simplifying complex concepts for non-technical audiences.
📚 Familiarity with agile software development practices, especially in financial settings.
🔒 A deep understanding of security, privacy, and ethical principles.
