Job Description:
Tech Support Analyst I – Bilingual technical support for Private Client Division.
Working hybrid (home/onsite one day a week).
We’re looking for agents who have experience in an enterprise-type support environment.
In-depth knowledge of Windows 10.
Well versed in all Microsoft applications such as Office, Exchange, and Teams.
Prior experience with Win10 rollouts is a preference.
Phone support skills and clear communication are a must.
