Quality Assurance Lead
Location: Greater Toronto Area, Canada
Type: Contract
This position involves overseeing the quality assurance of advanced fare collection systems for a major public transportation authority. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five to seven years of experience testing complex systems and multi-layer architectural applications, with in-depth knowledge of automated fare collection concepts and financial transaction processes, such as credit/debit card processing, open payments, and Fare Media standards.
A strong understanding of lifecycle development, project management, and quality management principles is essential, along with the ability to quickly adapt to industry-specific policies and procedures.
This role also requires excellent leadership and team management skills to guide a dynamic QA team, as well as strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication abilities to foster collaboration and present findings effectively. A valid Ontario G Driver’s License is required.
