💼 What You’ll Do:
Develop and deliver Organizational Change Management (OCM) strategies and plans aligned with Prosci/ADKAR methodology.
Conduct readiness assessments and manage resistance while identifying actionable steps for success.
Lead change on enterprise-wide IT and business projects, ensuring seamless stakeholder engagement and alignment.
Deliver key OCM work products, including Change Management plans, communication strategies, training plans, and reinforcement plans.
Collaborate with teams to align initiatives with project goals and timelines (Agile/Waterfall).
📍 Location: On-site in Regina, SK, Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM
🛠 What You Bring:
✔ Prosci/ADKAR certification (mandatory).
✔ Experience leading OCM initiatives for IT and business transformation projects.
✔ Knowledge of Change Management frameworks, stakeholder analysis, and risk mitigation.
✔ Strong project documentation skills and exceptional communication abilities.
✔ Familiarity with utility industries or digital transformation is an asset.
📝 Contract Details:
Initial term: December 16, 2024, to March 31, 2026
Renewable for up to four additional one-year terms.
