Role: Change and Communication Lead
Location: Fredericton, New Brunswick (Occasional Onsite)
Duration: 2 years of contract + possible extension.
Job Description:
• 8 years demonstrated experience in change and communication management within technology services in its large enterprise-level digital transformation projects. (3 projects)
• Professional Change Management certification, e.g. Prosci or equivalent.
• Demonstrates experience working with a provincial or state.
• Proficiency in both official languages (English and French)
• 6 years demonstrated experience in coaching and training both in-person and virtual staff. (3 projects)
• Demonstrated experience identifying stakeholders and engaging stakeholders in contributing to effective change. (3 projects)
