💻 Resolve customer incidents via phone, email, chat, and more.
📚 Update and maintain troubleshooting documentation & knowledge bases.
⚙️ Provide Tier 1 support following ITIL best practices.
🤝 Collaborate with the team to ensure reliable service and seamless resolutions.
🔧 Required Skills & Experience:
✅ 2+ years in Service Desk/Tier 1 support (or equivalent experience).
✅ Proficiency with basic software solutions.
✅ Excellent communication & time management skills.
✅ Quick learner with a proactive mindset.
✅ Familiarity with ITIL processes and system analysis techniques.
✅ Experience updating and utilizing knowledge bases.
🌟 Nice-to-Have:
🌎 Bilingual (French).
📜 ITIL V3/4 certification.
🔎 Knowledge of KCS (Knowledge-Centered Service).
🖥️ Experience with Microsoft 365 (M365).
