Job Description

Role: Production Support Engineers
Location: Montreal, QC
Relevant Experience: 8+ Years

Summary:
·        Production Support with experience in Cloud Technologies/Migration and some presentation prep skills
·        Both app support and batch support
·        Java/Perl/Python
·        Should be good in RDBMS/SQL

Required Skills:
Operations Production Management department

Required experience
Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or related field
5-8 years of Production Management in multiple application support environment as a Level 3 or SRE role on java based applications
Experience in supporting an application deployed on Azure Cloud.
Hands-on experience and strong understanding of Azure PaaS services and UNIX / Linux system support.
Expertise in analyzing, debugging and troubleshooting large-scale distributed applications across multiple layers, i.e. software, Infrastructure and database. Software programming experience in any languages like Python, Perl, Java Script .
Creating stored procedures and optimising SQL in Sybase or DB2.
