📍 Location: Toronto, ON (Onsite)
🏢 Client: Ministry of Public and Business Service Delivery and Procurement
📅 Contract Duration: June 15, 2026 – November 30, 2026 (Extension Possible)

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Solutions Designer – CRM with expertise in designing and delivering large-scale Siebel CRM solutions for enterprise environments.

🔹 Key Requirements:
✅ 10+ years of experience designing and developing large, complex Siebel CRM solutions
✅ 10+ years of experience evaluating existing systems for performance, scalability, and modernization
✅ Strong ability to gather and analyze business requirements, IT mandates, strategic plans, and technology standards
✅ Experience developing end-to-end CRM solution designs aligned with architectural standards and best practices
✅ Proven experience planning, migrating, implementing, and supporting enterprise CRM initiatives
✅ Excellent analytical, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
🔹 Technical Skills:
✔️ Strong knowledge of CRM platforms, operating systems, and deployment environments
✔️ Experience with database technologies, programming languages, and communication protocols
✔️ Understanding of infrastructure architecture, directory and messaging standards
✔️ Knowledge of security, backup, recovery, and high-availability design principles
✔️ Experience preparing technical specifications, integration designs, and performance validation documentation
✔️ Ability to assess system performance and recommend scalable solution improvements
✔️ Familiarity with emerging technologies, procurement processes, and cost models
🔹 Responsibilities:
Design enterprise CRM hosting and application solutions based on client requirements and architectural standards
Gather and analyze business and technical requirements
Develop solution blueprints and technical documentation
Evaluate existing CRM systems and recommend enhancements or modernization strategies
Support implementation, migration, integration, and long-term sustainability of CRM platforms
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions on schedule
🔹 Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working within structured project management environments (PMBOK or similar)
Strong documentation and architecture design experience
Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to business and technical stakeholders
Proven ability to work collaboratively while meeting project deadlines
