Senior Developer (Java / Spring Boot)

🚀 We’re Hiring: Senior Developer (Java / Spring Boot)
📍 Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid – 3-4 days/week in office)
📅 Contract: June 22, 2026 – October 31, 2026
🔄 Extension/FTE Opportunity: Possible based on performance and business needs
⏰ Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM (37.5 hours/week)
🔹 Required Skills & Experience:
• 10+ years of experience as a Java Developer with strong Java and Spring Boot expertise
• 7+ years of experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
• 7+ years of experience with Redis and caching strategies
• 7+ years deploying and managing containerized applications on GCP using Kubernetes
• 7+ years of experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• 7+ years of experience designing and developing RESTful APIs
• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming and Functional Design
• Experience with modern JavaScript technologies including ES6, TypeScript, Babel, Lerna, Jest, and Protractor
⭐ Nice to Have:
• 5+ years of experience with React.js and Node.js
• Experience building scalable enterprise-level JavaScript applications
• Knowledge of application security, OAuth2, and Single Sign-On (SSO)
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and adaptable development practices
