Ministry of Public and Business Service Delivery and Procurement is seeking a Sr. Service Designer with experience leading end-to-end service design and experience design initiatives, including user research, UX design, and service design, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality, user-centered services that meet both business and end-user needs.

This position will lead and supervise service design activities such as stakeholder workshops, research sessions, insight synthesis, service blueprinting, and prototyping, while applying enterprise thinking to design scalable solutions across policy, operations, governance, technology, data, and funding models.

This role also demands advanced capability in designing complex service ecosystems, facilitating cross-functional collaboration, influencing stakeholders, and translating qualitative and quantitative insights into actionable recommendations aligned with digital standards, privacy, security, and compliance.
