Role: Project Manager/Leader
Location: Toronto, Ontario (Hybrid)
Must Haves:
3-5 years of progressive experience in project management, with a significant portion of that experience gained within a Transit Agency.
Demonstrable experience managing projects within the Public Sector is essential.
Proven understanding and experience with Bus Operations, including but not limited to, fleet management, scheduling, maintenance, and operational efficiencies.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira).
5+ years Facilitating effective communication and collaboration among project stakeholders, including internal teams, external vendors, government agencies, and community representatives.
5+ years identifying and managing project risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies and escalating concerns as necessary.
