Job Title: Senior ServiceNow Developer (Contract – Hybrid)
📍 Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid – 3 days on-site )
📅 Duration: 6 Months (with strong possibility of extension or FTE conversion)
🏢 Client: Leading Canadian Bank
🕒 Hours: Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm (37.5 hrs/week)
About the Role
We’re hiring two experienced ServiceNow Developers to join a major transformation initiative within the GTEP – Service Management Technology group at a top Canadian financial institution. You’ll play a critical role in migrating a legacy service catalog to a new, re-platformed ServiceNow environment.
This is a high-visibility project with a fast-moving team and excellent potential for contract extension or conversion to full-time.
What You’ll Be Doing
🔹 Design and develop ServiceNow solutions including Business Rules, UI Policies, Client Scripts, ACLs, and Workflows
🔹 Migrate and optimize service catalog items and workflows
🔹 Collaborate with BAs, architects, and stakeholders to ensure high-quality delivery
🔹 Support full SDLC: from requirement gathering to production support
🔹 Contribute to technical specifications, integration, testing, and automation
Must-Have Skills
✔️ 8+ years in IT development, with recent hands-on ServiceNow experience
✔️ 3+ years developing on the ServiceNow platform (Service Catalog, ACLs, Business Rules, REST/SOAP APIs)
✔️ ServiceNow Advanced System Administrator Certification (or relevant training)
✔️ Strong JavaScript knowledge
✔️ Experience with system design, QA, and integration best practices
Nice-to-Have Skills
⭐ Experience with ServiceNow platform transformation projects
⭐ ITIL Foundation certification
⭐ Agile/iterative development exposure
⭐ Experience with system integrations
⭐ Spanish language skills (a plus!)
